Refund policy
At Dastaan-e-Bagh, every order leaves our orchard with care. We take full responsibility of the quality of what we send but given the perishable nature of fresh mangoes, our policy is built around spoilage and transit damage only.
- Exchange and refund requests are accepted only in cases of spoilage or damage during transit - claims based on personal taste, preference or change of mind will not be entertained
- All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery - beyond this window, we are unable to process any requests given the nature of the product
- Replacement products are subject to availability at the time of processing
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
- Contact our customer service with your Order ID within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Share clear photographs of the spoiled or damaged product via WhatsApp or email
- Once your claim is verified and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Replacements will be of equal value to your original order
- Refunds will be issued in cash or via the original payment method - shipping charges are non-refundable in either case
